Cancellation and Refunds

We offer a full refunds up to 21 days before your class and rescheduling up to 14 days before. Please reach out if you are unable to attend class due to an emergency and we'll always try to work with you to find a solution that works.

Weather

Weather moves quickly and rock dries fast in our region—and climbing in light rain can be fun, as long as you have a jacket and a positive outlook. Most of our classes can continue in light rain, and instructors will make the final call to pause or cancel class for unsafe conditions (thunder and lightning or extremely high heat).

Returns and exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
